Superb Supervision

Abstract

This video and poster describe a training program designed to help scientists become better supervisors and to bolster their competences in teaching Ph.D. candidates about research integrity. The training is built on two pillars: 1) Research integrity and 2) Improving interpersonal skills with the aim to foster responsible research practices and a solid supervisor/supervisee relationship.
