Sexual Harassment in STEM and Mandatory Reporting Laws

Description

There is increased attention to the culture and climate of STEM research and practice settings that failed to prevent and deal with sexual harassment. This project aims to determine what policies and practices contribute to the establishment and maintenance of ethical culture for preventing and addressing sexual harassment by faculty and administrators in STEM.
